Car bombing kills at least 10 in Lebanon’s Arsal

A car bomb blast killed ten in Arsal today. The blast took place in a primarily Sunni area of Lebanon’s Bekaa valley. The bombing targeted a religious scholar’s office in the Sabil neighborhood. This area is rumored to be a staging ground for Syrian opposition movements into Syria.
